Authorize adoption of the 2021 City Calendar - Financing: No cost consideration to the City

BACKGROUND
Resolution No. 89-3796 requires the City Council to adopt an annual calendar. Resolution No. 90-2673 establishes the annual July recess. Resolution No. 19-1606 requires the second Wednesday meeting each month to begin at 3:00 p.m., and for up to five meetings each year to be conducted offsite from City Hall. The City Calendar includes all City Council briefing and agenda meetings, budget briefings and workshops, Council Committee meetings, and City holidays. The City Calendar is available on the City’s website at www.dallascityhall.com and is made available in the Mayor and City Council Office to all residents who request copies. The City Calendar is also available for download and synching into calendar software on computers or mobile devices via a link on the City’s website.

City Council was briefed on the 2021 City Calendar on October 7, 2020.
