BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a utility easement to RP Town & Country SC, L.P. and RP 10% SC Properties, L.P., the abutting owners, containing approximately 2,837 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owners for redevelopment. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
