BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to Farmers TX Owner LP, for the use of a total of approximately 12,705 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize eight benches, two trash receptacles, twenty-six trees, twenty-four uplights, six bollards, five planter boxes, five light strips, and landscaping with irrigation system on portions of Harwood and Cadiz Streets and Park Avenue rights-of-way, near its intersection with Harwood Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is 40 years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
