BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition from JP Roofing, Inc., of approximately 5,842 square feet of land located near the intersection of Gloyd and Childers Streets for the Cadillac Heights Phase II Project. This property will be used for future location of City service and maintenance facilities. There are no relocation benefits associated. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal.
