BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the acquisition from Abel Medrano and Cynthia Medrano, of approximately 7,522 square feet of land improved with a single-family dwelling located near the intersection of LaSalle and Cadillac Drives for the Cadillac Heights Phase II Project. This property will be used for future location of City service and maintenance facilities. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. Relocation benefits are estimated to be $25,000.00.
