BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition from Freddie Ansley, Fred Isler and Elbert Robinson, Sr., Trustees of the Progressive Baptist Church (East), and their successors in office, of approximately 6,360 square feet of land located near the intersection of Dolphin Road and Detonte Street for the Dolphin Road from Spring Avenue to North Haskell Avenue Project. This property will be used for street improvements. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation benefits associated.
