BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a sanitary sewer easement to Triton Zang, LLC, the abutting owner. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multi-family development, containing a total of approximately 395 square feet of land. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code; therefore, no appraisal is required.
