BACKGROUND
The City of Dallas was awarded a grant from the 2018 Highway Safety Improvement Program administered by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), to reconstruct and install several traffic signals at high-accident intersections in the City of Dallas.
On March 25, 2020, City Council authorized payment for the design and engineering costs of the traffic signals that included a local match, in the amount of $73,700.23, identified as an additional local match in this action. Total local match required is $258,851.23.

* Harry Hines Boulevard (State Loop [SL] 354) at Willowbrook Road (CSJ 0196-06-033), (Upgrade), (CD 6)
* Northwest Highway (SL 12) at Lombardy Lane/Technology Boulevard (CSJ 0353-04-011), (Upgrade), (CD 6)
* Buckner Road (SL 12) at Northwest Highway (State Spur 12) (CSJ 0353-05-123), (Upgrade), (CD 9, 10)
* Scyene Road (SH 352) at Jim Miller Road (CSJ 0430-01-063), (Upgrade), (CD 5)
* Ledbetter Drive (SL 12) at Marsalis Avenue (CSJ 0581-01-155), (Upgrade), (CD 3, 4)
