BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a utility easement to Dallas Independent School District, the abutting owner, containing approximately 6,985 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to expand School for the Talented and Gifted in Pleasant Grove. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
