BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of three utility easements with temporary working space easements to 3662 W Camp Wisdom LLC and WCWAP LLC, the abutting owners, containing a total of approximately 3,310 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owners for mixed-use development.
The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
