BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition from Julian L. Puga and Leticia Puga, of approximately 6,765 square feet of land located near the intersection of McGowan and Childers Streets for the Cadillac Heights Phase II Project. This property will be used for future location of City service and maintenance facilities. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. No relocation costs are associated.
