BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to Bijoy, LLC, for the use of approximately 27 square feet of aerial space to occupy, maintain and utilize a premise blade sign over portions of Main and Harwood Streets rights-of-way near its intersection with Harwood Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is 40 years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
