BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a floodway easement to Valk Industrial, L.L.C., the abutting owner containing approximately 12,256 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a warehouse building. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
