BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of two water easements, two utility easements and a storm water drainage easement to Valk Industrial, L.L.C, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 28,665 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a distribution center warehouse building. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore no appraisal is required.
