BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of two sanitary sewer easements and a public utility easement to MM Tennyson Village, LLC, the abutting owner containing a total of approximately 17,815 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner for residential development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
