BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a sanitary sewer easement to Greenway Harry Hines LP, the abutting owner, containing approximately 1,175 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a bank. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
