BACKGROUND
This item authorizes an increase in the purchase price for the acquisition from Timothy L. Nieman, Jr., and Dorothy Nieman of approximately 2,878 square feet of land located in Dallas County for the Southwest 120/96-inch Water Transmission Pipeline Project. This property will be used for the construction of a water transmission pipeline. There are no relocation benefits associated. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On September 23, 2020, City Council authorized acquisition from Timothy L. Nieman Jr., and Dorothy Nieman, of approximately 2,878 square feet of land located in Dallas County for the Southwest 120/96-inch Water Transmission Pipeline Project by Resolution No. 20-1413.
