BACKGROUND

 

This action establishes an Advance Funding Agreement with TxDOT for costs related to the preparation of preliminary engineering (design schematic, environmental documents/public involvement), plans, specifications and estimates, right-of-way acquisition/utility relocations, and construction of pedestrian improvements including traffic signals, sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, and intersection improvements at various locations within the boundaries of US-75 to the west, Greenville Avenue to the east, Lovers Lane to the north, and Mockingbird Lane to the south in the City of Dallas.

 

The City’s required local match of $880,928.00 for this project is included in the 2017 Bond Program.
