BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of one water easement, three drainage easements, seven sanitary sewer easements and one drainage and floodway easement to the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, the abutting owner containing a total of approximately 73,552 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner for new construction of biomedical research labs. The cost for this abandonment is calculated pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
