BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a sanitary sewer easement to St. Philip’s School & Community Center, the abutting owner, containing approximately 4,130 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to expand an existing school campus. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
