BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of a water and sanitary sewer easement to Pegasus Place, LLC, the abutting owner containing a total of approximately 26,424 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to renovate and expand an existing office tower. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
