BACKGROUND
During a review of Chapter 51, staff determined that a typographic error occurred when codifying the recently created temporary inclement weather shelter use.
Staff inadvertently assigned both the live unit use and the temporary inclement weather shelter use as Section 51-4.217(19). The correction re-numbers the temporary inclement weather shelter use as Section 51-4.217(20).
