BACKGROUND

On August 8, 2018, City Council approved Ordinance No. 30946 which changed the zoning from a CR Community Retail District to an MF-2(A) Multifamily District on the east side of Pastor Bailey Drive, north of Scout Avenue. Subsequent to the passage of the ordinance, it was determined that the ordinance indicated "with retention of the D-1 Liquor Control Overlay." However, the property did not have the D-1 Overlay at the time of the zoning change as reflected in the zoning map contained in the City Council case report. The correction ordinance revises the zoning categories listed in Ordinance No. 30946 to accurately reflect the prior zoning district and the new zoning district by removing the reference to the D-1 Liquor Control Overlay.

On February 26, 2020, City Council approved Ordinance No. 31458 creating Planned Development District No. 1029 for R-7.5(A) Single Family District uses and a public school other than an open-enrollment charter school on the west side of Prichard Lane between Umphress Road and Stonehurst Street.
