BACKGROUND
This item grants a revocable license to Taco Supremo Management, LLC, for the use of a total of approximately 1,755 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize three pole lights on a portion of Forest Lane right-of-way near its intersection with North Central Expressway. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is fourteen years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
