BACKGROUND
Each year the City of Dallas holds public hearings to provide the residents of Dallas the opportunity to speak on the upcoming year's budget. Public hearings are held in March, May, and August. Resident input is an important part of the budget development process.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On March 24 and May 26, 2021, City Council held public hearings to receive comments on the FY 2021-22 Operating, Capital, and Grant & Trust Budgets by Resolution Nos. 21-0560 and 21-0946.
