BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a water easement to Dallas Independent School District, the abutting owner, containing approximately 19,370 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to expand Bryan Adams High School. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
