BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to Texas Intownhomes, LLC, for the use of approximately 24 square feet of space to install, maintain and utilize a retaining wall on a portion of Beckley Avenue right-of-way near its intersection with Canty Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
