BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of a water and wastewater easement and two slope easements to ST Oak Cliff Dallas, LLC, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 70,004 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multi-family development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
