BACKGROUND
The Request for Qualifications (CIZ1721) was issued on May 31, 2018 for the 2017 Bond Projects. The consulting firm, Garver, LLC was selected following a qualifications-based selection process in accordance with the City of Dallas procurement guidelines.
This action will authorize a professional services contract with Garver, LLC for a feasibility study to provide a recommended alignment for the Street Thoroughfare Group 17-1106. The scope will include a feasibility study to establish a proposed roadway alignment to adhere to the current thoroughfare requirements, topographic and boundary survey, traffic data collection and traffic study, schematics, and a final alignment map.
Garver, LLC is a Dallas-based corporation, operating within the corporate city limits of Dallas, Texas.
