BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to HW Commerce Office, LP for the use of a total of approximately 1,387 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize two sidewalk cafes on portions of Commerce Street right-of-way located near its intersection with Henry Street. The use of these areas will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
