Authorize a construction services contract for the construction of Street Reconstruction Group 17-1020 (list attached to the Agenda Information Sheet) - Estrada Concrete Company, LLC, lowest responsible bidder of seven - Not to exceed $2,351,542.00 - Financing: Street and Transportation (A) Fund (2017 General Obligation Bond Funds) ($1,654,179.00), Water Construction Fund ($32,300.00), Water Capital Improvement D Fund ($345,488.00), Wastewater Construction Fund ($22,600.00), and Wastewater Capital Improvement D Fund ($296,975.00)

BACKGROUND
This action will authorize a construction services contract with Estrada Concrete Company, LLC for the construction of two street reconstruction projects as Street Reconstruction Group 17-1020.
The project group scope will include street paving, curb and gutters, driveway approaches, storm drainage improvements, and water and wastewater improvements.
Estrada Concrete Company, LLC is a Dallas-based corporation, operating within the corporate city limits of Dallas, Texas.
Following are the locations and construction cost for each project:
