Authorize a construction services contract for the construction of Street Reconstruction Group 17-1409 (list attached to the Agenda Information sheet) - Estrada Concrete Company, LLC, lowest responsible bidder of four - Not to exceed $2,317,263.00 - Financing: Street and Transportation (A) Fund (2017 General Obligation Bond Funds) ($1,729,165.00), Water Capital Improvement F Fund ($307,553.00), Water Construction Fund ($39,900.00), Wastewater Capital Improvement G Fund ($208,095.00), and Wastewater Construction Fund ($32,550.00)

BACKGROUND
This action will authorize a construction services contract with Estrada Concrete Company, LLC for the construction of three street reconstruction projects as Street Reconstruction Group 17-1409.
The project scope will include replacing the existing deteriorating streets with reinforced concrete pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches, pavement marking, drainage system, water and wastewater improvements.
Estrada Concrete Company, LLC is a Dallas-based corporation, operating within the corporate city limits of Dallas, Texas.
Following are the locations and construction costs for each project:
