BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of an alley to SL4 Deep Ellum, LP, Meghani Partnership, Inc., Radical Computing, Inc., TRW Realty Holdings, LLC and Travertine, LLC, the abutting owners containing a total of approximately 11,181 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owners for the construction of a mixed-use development. The abandonment fee is based on an independent appraisal.
Notices were sent to 15 property owners located within 300 feet of the proposed abandonment area. There were no responses received in opposition to this request.
