BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition of a wastewater easement from Alice Wynn of approximately 2,196 square feet of land located near the intersection of Peavy Road and Kiltartan Drive for the Peavy Road from Millmar Drive South Wastewater Project. The property will be used for installation of a 24-inch trunkline that conveys wastewater to the Central Wastewater Plant that serves the White Rock Creek Sewershed. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. No relocation benefits are associated.
