Authorize a construction services contract for the Warranted Traffic Signal Installation Group 9, for traffic signal construction at the following five locations: Abrams Road at Lakeshore Drive; Miller Road at Rockwall Road; Timberline Drive at Webb Chapel Ext; Fort Worth Avenue at Pinnacle Park Boulevard; and West Kiest Boulevard at Pierce Street - Roadway Solutions, Inc., lowest responsible bidder of three - Not to exceed $1,377,765.00 - Financing: Street and Transportation (A) Fund (2017 General Obligation Bond Funds)

BACKGROUND
This action will authorize a construction contract with Roadway Solutions, Inc., lowest responsible bidder of three, to construct five traffic signals as part of services for the Warranted Traffic Signal Installations - Group 9 Project.
Bid specifications were developed and publicly advertised on June 9, 2021, and June 16, 2021, for competitive bids associated with the Warranted Traffic Signal Installations - Group 9 Project. Bids were opened on July 16, 2021.
