BACKGROUND
On June 11, 2021, two bids were received for the public restroom improvements at the DeGolyer House based on the best and final offers Ever Group Construction Corp. dba Ever Construction was recommended as the best value bidder. This item authorizes award of the construction contract to Ever Group Construction dba Ever Construction.
The scope of work for the project includes construction services contract for material and labor to build restrooms inside the caretaker wing of DeGolyer House, based on GSR Andrade's Design dated May 7, 2020. The scope also includes all three alternates of replacing pavers around the building, replacing the glass and windows of an adjacent tropical room, and roof repairs of east wing.
