BACKGROUND
On May 5, 2021 and May 12, 2021, the City of Dallas advertised for bids for Kidd Springs Park Japanese Garden Renovations. In response to the advertisement, the Office of Procurement Services received bids from three responsive firms on June 18, 2021.
This action will award a contract for construction of Kidd Springs Park Japanese Garden Renovations to C. Green Scaping, LP, lowest responsive bidder of three for the Base Bid and Alternates Nos. 1 and 2 in an amount not to exceed $932,588.00. This project was included in the 2017 Bond Program.
The scope of work includes the construction of an accessible walkway through the Japanese Garden between the recreation center and creative playground.
