BACKGROUND
Allstate Non-Insurance Holdings, Inc. is a company the operates and manages a peer-to-peer car sharing program through use of Allstate Non-Insurance Holdings, Inc. proprietary digital network that pairs shared car owners with shared car drivers. Allstate Non-Insurance Holdings, Inc. is currently utilizing space at the Parking Spot for vehicle parking. Allstate Non-Insurance Holdings, Inc. vets both the shared car owner’s vehicle (for vehicle recalls, safety of the vehicle and insurance, among other criteria) and the shared car driver (driving records, insurance). Avail operates in compliance with the recently executed Texas Legislature’s Senate Bill 2106, specific to peer-to-peer car sharing programs. Allstate Non-Insurance Holdings, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Allstate Corporation.
