BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of Castle Street and Windomere Avenue to Villas at WH 20, LP, the abutting owner containing approximately 6,693 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multi-family development. The owner will dedicate approximately 6,751 square feet of land needed for street right-of-way. The abandonment fee is offset by the future performance of the right-of-way dedication.
Notices were sent to 36 property owners located within 300 feet of the proposed abandonment area. There were no responses received in opposition to this request.
