BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a sanitary sewer easement with temporary working space easement to Crossett-Ash Creek, LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 7,890 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a single-family residential development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
