BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a utility easement to Thomas Williams, Zahner Living Trust, Unicon World LLC, Schwartz Investment Properties LLC, Gail Schwartz Revocable Trust, Sridhar Sudarsan, Scotthorn Family Trust, Leonard J. Mather of the Leonard J Mather Revocable Trust, Frank and Sally Jerkovich Irrevocable Trustees, Ramona W. Roselund Family Trust, the abutting owners, containing approximately 2,209 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owners to expand an existing Dialysis Center. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
