BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment portions of a utility and drainage easement and storm sewer easement to BCIF I20 Logistics Park LLC, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 9,528 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner for industrial development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
