BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Ruben Arambula filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries sustained after he fell from a City of Dallas utility truck on April 12, 2018. The City and Mr. Arambula have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Louis Hakim of John R. Salazar, P.C.
