BACKGROUND
Jennifer Tittle intervened in a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on August 16, 2018, involving a Dallas Police Department vehicle. The City and Ms. Tittle have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. The intervenor is represented by Thompson Law, LLP.
