BACKGROUND
This action will authorize a construction services contract with Vescorp Construction, LLC dba Chavez Concrete Cutting for the construction of South Westmoreland Road from Kimball High School Parking Lot to Mapleleaf Lane.
The project will include improving the existing concrete street with new reinforced concrete street pavement, curb, gutter, concrete sidewalk, driveway approaches, storm drainage, water and wastewater improvements, and pedestrian signal system.
Vescorp Construction, LLC dba Chavez Concrete Cutting is a registered vendor with the City of Dallas, and its office is located in Balch Springs, Texas.
