BACKGROUND
The Harry Hines Multimodal Connection Project is a partnership project between the City of Dallas and Dallas County for the design and construction of transportation improvements on Harry Hines Boulevard from Webb Chapel Extension to Manana Drive. Dallas County is the lead agency to administer the design and construction of this project. The Community Drive Project is a partnership project between the City of Dallas and Dallas County for the design and construction of paving, drainage, water main and wastewater main improvements on Community Drive from Denton Drive to Northwest Highway. The City of Dallas is the lead agency to administer the design and construction of this project. This action will authorize a Project Specific Agreement with Dallas County for the design and construction of transportation improvements for the Harry Hines Multimodal Connection project and funding participation for the design and construction of infrastructure improvements on the Community Drive project.
