BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, for the use of approximately 700 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize a subsurface communication ductbank under a portion of Forest Park Road right-of-way near its intersection with Bomar Avenue. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
