BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition from NTX Autoplex LLC of approximately 7,500 square feet of land located near the intersection of Pontiac and Morrell Avenues for the Cadillac Heights Phase II Project. This property will be used for future location of City service and maintenance facilities. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation cost associated.
