BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Texas Standard Construction, Ltd. filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation from the City of Dallas for emergency work it performed in response to a wastewater overflow in and around the 900 block of Robert B. Cullum Boulevard beginning on January 16, 2020. The City and Texas Standard have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Riney Packard, PLLC.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on January 7, 2022.
