BACKGROUND
This item authorizes a sixty-two month lease agreement with Ricchi Towers, LLC, for approximately 2,105 square feet of office space located at 8585 North Stemmons Freeway, Suite S-720. This lease will provide office space for professional staff serving Fire-Rescue personnel. It is important that the office space be in an environment conducive to needed services for the Dallas Fire Department’s personnel.
The lease will begin on July 1, 2022 and end on August 31, 2027.
